Ron
Hubert is the founder and Managing Director of Hozho International,
a firm focused on working with business clients to develop creative
strategies and business model innovations that deliver both greater
financial performance and environmental sustainability. After selling
a consulting firm he co-founded to Deloitte Consulting in 1996, he
served as a partner at Deloitte leading scenario planning, strategy
development, and business model innovation projects in the communications,
high-tech manufacturing and energy industries. His work demonstrates
that one of the greatest opportunities for innovation lies in applying
nature's design principles to competitive performance challenges.
Hubert has an MBA from the University of Southern California, and
he teaches ecological strategy in the MBA program at Northern Arizona
University as well as strategy and competitive planning at the USC
Graduate School of Business. He has authored more than 50 articles,
papers and book chapters, and has made presentations to scores of
seminars and conferences. He speaks about how businesses can achieve
competitive advantages and improve financial performance through ecological
strategies.
